Hotel Policies

Check-In: 15:00 hours. 
Check-Out: 12:00 hours.

Guarantee policy:
A credit card is required in order to guarantee reservation.

Cancellations:
Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee which will depend on the season. 

No shows:
In case of no show you will be charged the full stay. 

Extra person charge:
There’s a fee for every extra person in the same room. See cost at the moment of checking availability.

Children:
Children under 5 years old stay for free. Children aged 6 and older pay full rate; 2 children aged 5 and under can share the room with their parents.

Pets:
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.

The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
